Sales Copilot uses generative AI to quickly summarize leads and opportunities. A deal summary is a concise overview of the status, progress, and potential of a sale or deal. An opportunity summary is also available in Outlook, where salespeople can view a brief history of the opportunity and the most recent activities.
 

Meeting preparation and summaries

Being prepared for meetings with clients is essential for sales productivity. It facilitates informed decision-making and promotes productive discussions, which can lead to better sales results. Sales Copilot detects upcoming meetings within the next 24 hours and offers a summary of recent email exchanges and the last three notes to help you prepare.

After the meeting, Sales Copilot in Outlook and Dynamics 365 Sales generates a professional and accessible meeting summary email, making follow-up a breeze.
 

Real-time tips during team meetings

In Teams, sales consultants receive real-time tips during meetings directly on the Sales Copilot Teams dashboard, to help them respond to customers and mentions of competitors or brands. 
 

Summary, follow-up, and personalized emails

Sales Copilot allows you to spend less time writing emails. You can select a predefined category or enter your text, and then Sales Copilot suggests specific content and actions informed by Outlook and CRM data, helping teams to follow up quickly, respond to queries, and move business forward. 
 

Collaborations spaces

Salespeople can easily work with colleagues and customers in collaboration spaces, which are predefined Teams channels with fixed applications designed for collaboration. Collaboration spaces link to the CRM system and can be accessed in Teams, Sales Copilot in Outlook, and Dynamics 365 Sales.
