Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance with Portuguese Localization Available on AppSource

The Portuguese localization of the ERP Dynamics 365 Finance developed by Hydra iT is now available on Microsoft's AppSource. 

For companies operating in Portugal, this add-on ensures that Dynamics 365 Finance complies with local practices and regulations, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and tax processes under Portuguese legislation.


The Base Version includes fundamental compliance features certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority (AT), such as: 

• SAF-T  File (PT): Generation and export of the SAF-T (PT) file. It includes all mandatory fields for invoicing and accounting with taxonomy classifications required by Portuguese regulations. 

• Sales Document Compliance: Generating relevant fiscal documents, including invoices and credit notes, with legally compliant layouts incorporating ATCUD, QRCode, and all required fields. 

• Sales Order Work Documents:a: Generation of certified work documents as part of the sales order process. These documents can be sent and shared with customers, serving as preliminary records before finalizing the sales order. 

• Shipping Guides: Generation of certified shipping guides that ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance, providing accurate and traceable records for transporting goods, and meeting all regulatory standards. 

• Basic VAT Compliance: Ready-to-use VAT codes aligned with Portuguese legislation, management of Exemption and Regularization Reason Codes to ensure accurate VAT categorization and compliance.
