Microsoft brings the power of Copilot to more people and businesses with new features

Microsoft announced updates to Copilot this week, with new releases and features aimed at bringing the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to more people and businesses. As part of this ongoing commitment to the democratization of AI, the technology company is launching Copilot Pro. This premium subscription offers a higher level of service for AI features, the expansion of Microsoft 365 Copilot to businesses of all sizes, and the introduction of new features such as Copilot GPTs, Copilot app, and Copilot in the Microsoft 365 app.

Copilot Pro: Increasing creativity and productivity

Microsoft introduced Copilot Pro, a new subscription that offers the most advanced features and capabilities of Microsoft Copilot to consumers who want to improve their experience. Copilot Pro delivers greater performance, productivity, and creativity, whether they need advanced help writing, programming, designing, researching, or learning. The main advantages include:
  • A unique AI experience that works across all devices, understanding context across web, PC, apps, and soon mobile to provide the right skills when users need them.
  • Access to Copilot in Word, Excel (currently in preview and English only), PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote on PC, Mac, and iPad for Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscribers.
  • Priority access to the latest models - from today with OpenAI's GPT-4 Turbo. With Copilot Pro, users will have access to GPT-4 Turbo for faster performance and, soon, the ability to switch between models to optimize the experience.
  • Improved AI image creation with Designer's Image Creator (formerly Bing Image Creator) - ensuring greater speed with 100 boosts per day and providing more detailed image quality as well as panoramic image format.
